Cancellation and Refund Policies

  1. Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 4 hours before a scheduled concert. This gives us the opportunity to fill seats. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel, we do not offer refunds. However, you will receive a tax deduction for the value of the ticket to the fullest extent allowable by law. 

  2. Donations and sponsorships are no refundable.

  3. I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend I understand that I can transfer the ticket/s to a friend.

  4. Your credit will be mailed to you in January for your tax records.​

  5. All merchandise sold on website is nonreturnable or refundable.
